1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for an account or using the services provided by ReviewSyncs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our website or review collection applications.
2. Description of Service
ReviewSyncs provides a WhatsApp-native customer feedback and review routing tool. We enable businesses to connect their official Meta developer accounts to send automated review dispatches, redirect positive ratings (4-5 stars) to Google or custom secondary profiles, and capture negative ratings (1-3 stars) privately. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.
3. Account Creation & Security
To use our dashboard panel, you must register for an account by providing valid credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all actions taken under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
4. Billing, Plans, and Razorpay Subscriptions
ReviewSyncs offers different subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro) billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay:
- Free Trial: Accounts start with a 7-day free trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your access will be limited.
- Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month. You authorize us/Razorpay to charge the designated payment method on file.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the dashboard. Cancelled plans will downgrade to the FREE tier at the end of the billing cycle.
- Meta Conversation Charges: WhatsApp API charges (Meta conversation rates) are independent of ReviewSyncs fees and are paid by you directly to Meta.
5. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
ReviewSyncs must only be used to send review requests to customers who have had an active transaction or service with your business. You agree that:
- You will not use the service to broadcast bulk spam messages or cold-outreach phone lists.
- You will comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy, Commerce Policy, and Meta's Terms of Service.
- You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from customers before sending text or rating requests to their numbers.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately if we detect spam activity or policy violations.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
ReviewSyncs is independent of Google, Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), and other third-party review platforms. We do not guarantee:
- That customers will write reviews or change their ratings.
- Constant uptime of third-party APIs (such as the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API).
- That your Google Business Profile will rank first or avoid suspensions.
ReviewSyncs is provided "as is" and we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
